Company Culture

Niche Associates is a great place to work: The atmosphere is businesslike yet casual. Still, because we work primarily for clients involved in high-tech projects, the environment can also be fast-paced. We sometimes work more than 40 hours per week to meet deadlines. Overtime, however, is not the norm: We strive to hire and train new employees when needed to keep overtime to a minimum. And because we value our employees and believe in fair compensation, Niche pays additional compensation for all hours worked over 40 in any week.

The Niche offices are new and comfortable and Niche provides employees with state-of-the-art computers and other equipment.
