Microsoft SQL Server Database / .NET Programmer

This position is in Salt Lake City, Utah

The Microsoft SQL Server Database / .NET Programmer will have the following responsibilities:

• Develop a data model and data services based on information in an existing Microsoft SQL data warehouse
• Develop a general purpose query tool and reports
• Assist in gathering and organizing metadata

Candidates for this position should have the following qualifications:

• Minimum BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related scientific field
• Four years experience in Microsoft SQL Server database programming and modeling
• Four years experience in the Microsoft .NET programming environment
• Two years of ASP.NET programming experience
• Experience in the service-oriented architecture (SOA) approach to enterprise application integration, including the Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) unified programming model for building service-oriented applications
• Working knowledge of HL7 and/or other health information modeling
• Experience in SQL Server Analysis and Reporting Services
• Superior analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to interact effectively with management, users, and other programmers
• Ability to work as part of a development team
• The ability to effectively manage your time and projects
• Honesty and reliability

This position is a full time position. You must be able to work normal business hours, at either the Niche offices or a client site. You must be willing to occasionally work a flexible schedule; there will be instances when you are required to adjust your schedule in order to meet a deadline.

We will consider applicants with a range of experience. Compensation will be based on the candidate's skills and experience.
